• Inktober 2019: Day 6

    “Discussion”

“The princess,” the dragon hissed and purred. “Are you coming here to slay me and to protect the kingdom?”

“No. Well, yes. I’m here to protect the kingdom from my corrupt father. I guess that’s the reason why you’ve been harassing us for many months now. I know you are pissed with our tainted crown. I’m here to discuss some… … Things.”

“True,” the dragon looked amused. “And the sword?”

“Some humans can be worse than dragons.”

    “Touché.”

  • Inktober 2019: Day 5

    “Druid Doctor”

Learning on how to draw aged character and I’ve been toying with the idea of combining plague doctor with tribal druid.

  • Inktober 2019: Day 4

    “Light Signal”

While sailing the Mediterranean Sea in 1962, the American aircraft carrier USS Independence flashed the Amerigo Vespucci with the light signal asking: “Who are you?” The full-rigged ship answered: “Training ship Amerigo Vespucci, Italian Navy.” The Independence replied: “You are the most beautiful ship in the world.”

I seriously went, “AAAAAAAAWWWWWEEEEEE” when I read the story.

  • Inktober 2019: Day 3

    “Amontillado”

    Prompt: Bait

In Edgar Allan Poe’s ‘The Cask of Amontillado”, our main character, Montresor, lured Fortunato (ironically means “the fortunate one”) with a promise of Amontillado, a rare vintage wine.

Little did Fortunato knew, he ended up chained and buried alive behind a wall.

“For the half of a century no mortal has disturbed them. In pace requiescat!”

  • Inktober 2019: Day 2

    “Mindless”

    Prompt: Mindless

Media: MUJI Notebook, Pigma Micron .01, Uniball Signo 0.5 Gold, Sharpie, Alpha Marker 120 and CG06

  • I rarely saved post drafts when writing a blog post because I usually able to ramble in a short period of time, until today, I decided to write about how I designed this blog (sidebar, cute background, pixel-thingy, and the likes.) Suffice to say, it’s, uh, long. My dormant Happiness Engineer-soul came back in full force, hahahah!

I’m still working on it. Hopefully, I can publish it by this evening (Malaysia timezone).
