Dulu gw suka nonton DAAI TV — stasiun TV milik Tzu Chi, organisasi kemanusiaan dengan latar belakang Buddhisme (tapi mereka ini ya aslinya organisasi kemanusiaan, jadi mau agama apapun dan latar belakang apapun ya monggo) — dan suka ada serial TV yang kisah-kisahnya diangkat dari kisah nyata para relawan Tzu Chi.
Sering ada dialog, “tidak apa-apa kalau hanya punya anak perempuan. Anak perempuan juga sangat berbakti dan berkarya,” atau, “sangat terbantu dengan anak perempuan. Mereka sangat cergas dan cerdas dalam mengurus urusan sehari-hari.”
Sedikit langkah kecil untuk edukasi masyarakat bahwa anak perempuan juga tidak berbeda dari anak laki-laki.
