This is one of my favorite dishes in an Italian restaurant we frequently visit.

It’s an oxtail with thick tomato, carrot, and celery stew, served with a dash of cream. You can ask for either saffron rice or mashed potato as the side.

I always want to make this, but not sure if the kids will love it 😅 I love Indonesian oxtail soup, and they never super enthusiastic about it.

Unless if I am allowed to eat the whole pot, though.

(Of course I am allowed).)
